Germany was not prepared for the gastronomic prowess of the Congo-born prodigy Dieuveil Malongo. After a brief appearance on Top Chef in 2014, Chef Dieuveil decided to throw himself completely into Africaine cuisine and gastronomy.
Spokesperson for Afro-fusion (a cuisine influenced by European and African culture, between tradition and modernity), this chef travels the world sharing his knowledge. Inspired by African spices and products, Chef Malonga’s dishes are worth exhibiting in an art gallery. Looking to us for inspiration, this chef’s great attention to detail and presentation sings the song of a modern Africa, full of so much vitality that we simply can’t resist biting into!
