Rudy Laine is first and foremost a chef with a multidisciplinary background. Forging his initial experiences in elite French gastronomy, both in France and abroad, followed by teaching cooking and pastry lessons at Chef Guy Martin’s culinary school, Rudy Laine is now Innovation Chef and Culinary Stylist for an American brand. His cuisine is a varied and skillful blend of the Caribbean, Africa and New Orleans.
