Raoul Coly is what we call a “purist”. An enthusiast of all things with unwavering authenticity, this chef is always in the pursuit of materials with a soul, a sense, and flavour. It is this same passion that we find in his restaurant Ô Petit Club Africain (The Little African Club), a restaurant serving international cuisine alongside African cuisine.
Spices are also a great passion of Raoul Coly’s. Ginger, ginseng, pépé, and pepper of all forms and colors from Africa to Asia are a trademark of this chef’s authentic and fresh cuisine- taking you on a voyage across places and flavors.
