Waly Fay offers dishes from Senegal and other West African countries. This restaurant is very casual, clean and the staff very professional. You have the impression of being in a large refuge or lodge canteen, somewhere in a hotel, far from Paris. You can choose to sit at a table in a group of four people or join the others at the very large communal table at the back of the room.
The Cuisine: The flavors are essentially sweet and sour. The vegetables are reminiscent of ratatouille but are more bitter, with sweet sauces that counterbalance this tangy side. The dishes are very generous.
Prices: menus at 15€ and 18€ to choose from.
