Formerly based in the 19th, Moussa L’Africain migrated to the “belly of Paris”, in Les Halles – the Montreuilloise address is under construction at the time of writing. Always in a good place on the chef’s menu, concocted by Alexandre Bella Ola, DG chicken, a traditional Cameroonian dish, sits among Senegalese and Malian dishes. This self-proclaimed “Afropean” bistro is also open in the afternoon for a drink. And if you like the chef’s ideas, you can consult his recipe book on site or take it away. Ask if they have it in stock!
